SUP Yoga
Stand Up Paddleboard yoga (coming soon), combines yoga poses with a variation of stand-up paddleboard surfing. The sport incorporates hatha and vinyasa poses on a 10 to 12-foot paddleboard. It is practiced on a calm body of water such as the bay. The practice may require different alignments than on solid earth because the board is continually moving.
What is SUP Yoga

SUP YOGA requires some yoga experience as well as experience on the Stand Up Paddleboard. Challenge your yoga poses with balancing on the water! Embody the harmony of body and mind combined with relaxation techniques on the beautiful sea! What an experience!!
